Post by lgsasquatch Mon Feb 22, 2010 3:56 pm

I have decided to star a discus tank. I have cichlids and a sw tank the onlything i have not done yet is discus. I found a guy in arlington that breeds them and sells them for $10 each. I have bought some from him a couple of times now and i am starting to get a colection together. I curently have 3 cobolt blue and 5 blue snake skins. All are under 1.5" right now and swimming in there tempurary home ( a twenty tall) untill i get some remodling done and set there pernement tank up in my fish room. (92 gallon bowfront corner tank) I will add pics shortly.

Got the ok to do a discus tank! Can't wait I am going to build a custom stand that will hold a 90 gallon malawi male tank on the bottom and the top tank will be a 75 or 90 with discus. I am stoked!

I'll post pictures later of my discus tank. Discus aren't that cool without plants that surround them.
