The state of Texas has a proposed new list of clean plants. There are meetings all over the state. Wednesday March 3rd in Houston at 1900hrs. March 4th in Austin at 1900hrs.Thats the two I know of now. Feel free to call Earl Chilton @ 512.389.4652 or earl.chilton@tpwd.state.tx.us or Ken Kurzawski @512.389.4591 or ken.kurzawsli@tpwd.state.tx.us Contact these two indivuals and find out where and when a meeting in your area are. This list also has saltwater algae and what they call plants. Go and be heard. The list out now is a proposed clean list. We need to get the list changed. Theres no place to add new plants. Think of all the new anubias in the last couple of years. On cryptocoryne there only 4 spieces out of lots more. Tell as many people as possible and make an appearance. Thank you

Very intesting meeting. They were very open to suggestions. I don't feel there will be many problems with plants in the future. The law goes into effect 1-1-11
