I can't believe no one wants to rave about their local fish store. Everyone shops at one. I don't want to rate any stores because I sell to them and don't want to favor one over another. I'd love to hear about your local store. Please no chains like stinkmart or wallyworld or Deathco.

My local fish store was Dave's fish tank here on central in kck. I was just recently there and i was mistreated from the owner. Don't know if he was having a bad day or what was going on? I will never set foot in that store again. I hope he goes out of business to leave the customers for aquariums etc. I am really disappointed with his appreciation of his customers. I was also disappointed because I didn't get to ask all my questions i needed answered and he literally kicked me out of there for now reason?

looks like we are moving down in that area to sugarland. can you recomend a good fish shop in your area we can go to? we will be needing to buy a new tank as our 125 reef tank is built into the wall at our present house. i am hoping the houston area will be good for this hobby. thank you

The best saltwater store is Aquarium World on hwy 290. Thats the best by far. Not very close to Sugarland.

wet pets by steve in okc is good, and the reef stop (or is it reef warehouse LOL) in okc is also good. but the best store is one that doesnt exist (one that gives away free saltwater stuff or will barter with those low on cash
