    i am curious as to what you all use for your ponds? do you use teh large rubbermaid tubs? the pre formed pond tubs? old hot tub shells? plastic liners? or what?

    Haven't had a pond before, but my neighbors had a koi pond that was just a kiddy pool they spray painted black.

    yeah i have a 7 foot octagonal spa shell i was going to turn into a pond but never got around to it. i have had it for sale for over a year LOL

    yeah when i get my own place (i should just keep dreaming, i plan on being an artistxD) i want to live some place tropical and get me a nice big koi pond. And a cichlid pool:D

    Reef Industies sell liners any size you might want. Its used in the oil field and Texas Parks and Wildlife uses at there hatcheries. Also it about 20 cents on the dollar compared to liners lfs sells.

    yeah fishguy. i have a 7 foot octagonal spa shell i could use if i could afford to do something with it, but i was just curious as to what others were using. i would love to have a sw pond but i cant fit the spa shell in my house LOL

    XD if i were to make a salt water pond, it would have a clear side, so you can walk up and next to it, or on the top floor, you can look down inside:D
