Nice veil. The bent dorsal is caused by being to crowded when young and not a genetic problem.

They all seem to be doing well. So far no one is picking on each other too much. They are all about the same size too and they are in a 58g. That's big enough for 6 angels don't you think? Not going to put anything else in there just them. I love you

That should be plenty big enough. Just a good rule of thumb test for nitrates about once a week. If the nitrates are running high you are probably over stocked. But don't panic, just vacuum the gravel more often and perform more water changes. Angels are usually picky on water conditions so you might want to do a water change every other week just to keep them happy. Great looking fish btw lol.

I do a water change once a week now anyway and try to watch how much I feed them. If it stays in the tank too long I fish it out.
Thanks for all the compliments...they are my babys and I think they are great, it's nice the hear that others like em too! Embarassed

Oh you will be fine if you are doing weekly water changes. Remember with most fresh water about an inch a gallon is good. So that means every fish you have could reach 10" and you in theory should be fine. So no worries, just sit back and enjoy em!

it is 1 to 2" per gallon in saltwater so i am assuming it is the same for freshwater. of course i have not had an angelfish or neon tetra in years so i would be lying if i said i knew. LOL
