    when i get my 75 set up this is the timing i am thinking about using. figure id post it and get some thoughts on it.
    * 8:30 a.m.: moonlight on
    * 9:30 a.m.: VHO actinic on
    * 9:45 a.m.: moonlight off
    * 10:00 a.m.: both side 400-watt halides on
    * 5:30 p.m.: both side 400-watt halides off
    * 6:30 p.m.: moonlight on
    * 7:00 p.m.: VHO actinic off
    * 9:30 p.m.: moonlight off

    Completely dark from 9:30 PM - 8:30 AM??? What's the purpose of moonlights? lol!

    yeah dru, you want your moonlights onn at night LOL. i ran my moonlights 24/7 on the 90 but htey ended up going dim and cant be seen now so i dont use them anymore. and i currentl dont have any on the 110 but i will eventually.

    ya for all you that think i am a ratard, i just put it in wrong lol moonlight will b on all night just like they are now. sorry for the mess up lol

    DURE, lol i leave my actinics on for an hour before and after i turn on my ten-ks. mooonlights on all night.

    Do you have a lot of corals ? 7 and 1/2 hours of MH seems a little on the low side, I run mine 9-10 hours. Yeah Moonlights all night is the way to go.

    yaya i do run my moonlights all night long!!!! lol im never gunna live that down lol. and im building up my coral inventory. but i do not have the MH set up right now. i am working on the set up. but i know alot of people who run their MH only 6 hours a day and have wonderful tanks@!! the more corals you have the longer you keep the lights on??

    About the more corals u have want matter I just like running mine about 8-9 hours and I get crazy growth, of course it all depends on the type of coral and if they require a lot of light or little, also placement plays a big roll too. Also I'm starting to get into clams, and after about 3 1/2 inches all they require is the light. I am sure your timings will work just fine.
